Looking for a candidate willing to become part of a progressive credit union. Previous . Responsibilities Assist customers with banking inquiries and financial product information in a courteous, professional manner. Process cash transactions, including cash drawers, deposits, and basic math calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Utilize Microsoft Office and banking software to record transactions and manage customer records. Provide call support as needed, handling inquiries efficiently and escalating complex issues to appropriate channels. Maintain knowledge of banking regulations and financial compliance to ensure accurate, lawful service delivery. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong basic math and cash handling skills Experience with banking products, deposits, and cash transactions; cash drawer handling and daily transaction recording Customer service focus with ability to handle client inquiries via phone and in person Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance; basic accounting data entry and cash verification Familiarity with financial software and 10-key typing; ability to upsell and manage client relationships
Preferred:
experience in fraud prevention awareness
