8:30am to 6:15pm plus 9 Saturdays per quarter 8:30am-1:30pm Salary Grade 5 Min USD $20.50/Hr. Overview Looking for a part-time job where you can come to work each day excited about what you do? UW Credit Union's West Allis Branch is hiring a Bilingual Part-Time Teller and we want YOU to apply! As a Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union's members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. If you enjoy problem solving, are eager to learn, and love working with people, this is the job for you! Responsibilities What You'll Do Welcome and assist members at the West Allis branch, representing UW Credit Union.
Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
