In this front-line role, you'll help members with everyday financial needs, provide outstanding service, and support the branch in delivering dependable, community-focused banking. Required Qualifications 6+ months of customer-facing experience (work, training, military, or education) Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to serve others Ability to follow procedures consistently and accurately Comfort working with computers, digital tools, and multiple systems Fidelity bondable Successfully complete Sunlight FCU's internal training and competency assessments, achieving Teller 1 within 3 months, Teller 2 within 6 months, and Teller 3 within 12 months. Applicants must comply with Sunlight FCU's drug‑free workplace policy, including passing a pre‑employment drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking, financial services, or retail sales Prior cash‑handling experience Ability to educate members on digital banking technology Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proven teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to identify and escalate potential fraud or unusual account activity Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Strong organization, judgment, and time-management abilities Relevant military experience in administrative, financial, or operational roles Desire to advance in operations and pursue certifications as required Job Expectations Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays Must be authorized to work in the United States (not eligible for visa sponsorship)

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
