INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER

Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Controller for a company based in Bessemer, AL . In this role, you will develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to help streamline workflows. This company specializes in supplying the industry's highest quality concrete building systems and concrete wall systems. Pay Rate Depending on experience, send salary expectations with resume. Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 5 00 pm. Industrial Controller Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for implementing and monitoring financial controls Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies Maintain effective internal controls Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and reporting requirements, local statutory and legal requirements Financial planning analysis Ensure inventory management program is effective and timely Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the local operations Industrial Controller Qualifications and Requirements Good commercial sense, strategic thinking, flexibility and open minded At least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Self-starter capable of interacting closely with production, bidding, materials and customer service, the ability to quickly identify and solve problems. Ability to work with a large volume of detail producing accurate results within aggressive deadlines.
