We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Finance & Accounting to join the executive leadership team of a growing, high-volume restaurant organization. This is not a behind-the-scenes finance position. We are looking for a hands-on, operationally minded finance leader who understands the restaurant business, knows how to turn numbers into action, and can build the financial infrastructure needed to support continued expansion. The ideal candidate has built their career within multi-unit restaurant organizations and understands the unique financial drivers of the industry. From restaurant-level P&Ls, labor and food costs to new-unit growth, forecasting, cash management, and enterprise-wide profitability. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and operations to help guide the company's next stage of growth. What You'll Own Lead the organization's overall finance and accounting functions Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-range modeling Provide executive leadership with clear financial insights to support strategic decisions Oversee company-wide P&L performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability Partner directly with operations leadership to strengthen restaurant-level financial performance Analyze sales, labor, food costs, margins, controllables, and other key restaurant metrics Lead cash flow planning, treasury management, financial reporting, and internal controls Oversee month-end and year-end close processes Manage audit, tax, compliance, and external financial relationships Develop reporting tools and dashboards that provide leadership with actionable information Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, automation, and controls Support new restaurant development, expansion planning, and other strategic growth initiatives Build, coach, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team Who We're Looking For We are looking for a restaurant finance executive who is comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level. You should be someone who can sit with executive leadership to discuss long-term growth strategy and then work with operations to understand why an individual restaurant is missing its labor, food cost, or profitability targets.

The strongest candidates will bring:

10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience Significant experience within multi-unit restaurant or hospitality organizations Experience supporting a growing restaurant company with multiple locations Strong understanding of restaurant-level P&Ls and unit economics Expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash flow management Strong accounting foundation, including financial reporting, controls, audit, and compliance Experience improving financial systems, reporting, and business processes Proven ability to translate financial data into practical operational recommendations Experience developing teams and creating accountability within a finance organization Strong communication skills and executive presence A highly organized, systems-oriented approach The ability to operate with urgency, ownership, and a solutions-focused mindset CPA and/or public accounting experience is a plus. Experience with restaurant-specific accounting, financial, analytics, or business intelligence platforms is also highly valued.
