•Timely and accurate preparation of owner billings and supporting documents, collection of payments, and responsibility for certain subcontractor compliance such as prevailing wage Proactive, reporting accuracy of project billing and cost transactions, review of estimates and budgets including adjustments to projects Ownership and review of project financial data with project teams Supply and analyze financial data, providing insights about topics such as cost accruals, over/underbilling position, project cash position and receivables. Set-up, review, and maintenance of labor rates and other project data.
