Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and cash management Prepare and analyze financial reports for leadership and external stakeholders Maintain and strengthen internal controls, compliance processes, and financial policies Support annual budgeting, year-end close, and external audit activities Manage endowment accounting, donor-restricted funds, and Yale-related financial transactions Evaluate and improve financial systems, workflows, and reporting processes Qualifications for the
