Job Description

Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Finance is looking to hire an Executive Director within the Card Services Finance organization . This role reports directly to the CFO of Card Services and will be responsible for leading and delivering critical initiatives for the CFO including acting as the Program Manager for the CCB Finance and Business Management (F&BM) People Agenda which is focused on enhancing employee experience and supporting career development and mobility with efforts organized under four strategic pillars. Additionally, the role will support part-time broader financial analysis work to support the Card business. Outstanding problem-solving, financial analysis, and relationship-building skills will be key in supporting the CFO and collaborating across various teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Compile and report on CCB Finance OKRs; inclusive of key people metrics Ensure the overall People Agenda strategy and efforts align with the established F&BM People OKRs and that we are effectively executing on our commitments to the organization and monitoring outcomes Regularly connect with Pillar Senior Sponsors and provide support and guidance as needed Partner closely with HR and Recruiting to ensure priorities for the
CCB F&BM
People Agenda are aligned with firmwide guidance and that we are effectively leveraging the best training, resources and metrics Support the Card Finance organization, having flexibility working on different projects across the business Communicate, interact with, and influence colleagues at all levels in the business including senior leaders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
7+ years of relevant experience in business management, management consulting, strategy, COO, CAO, banking or similar functions AI forward leader comfortable with transformation and embracing new technologies Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive‑level presentations and messaging Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, prioritize requests, and follow through to completion Proven ability to partner and collaborate across business and functional stakeholders to drive execution and influence prioritization; excellent written and verbal communication skills

Management experience preferred given explicit priorities within the
