JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a consumer products organization, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting/compliance and strengthening internal controls while supporting strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong GAAP accounting expertise, experience leading accounting teams and a hands-on approach to financial management, process improvement and operational support.
