This role blends strong analytical and technical finance expertise with solid accounting knowledge and an emphasis on building and developing a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate is someone who is forward-thinking, systems-oriented, data-driven, and capable of improving processes, elevating analytical rigor, and building/developing teams. The Director of Finance will support the shell and drywall companies while enabling the CFO to focus on broader enterprise initiatives.
