Job Description

Regional Finance Director Position Overview The Regional Finance Director is responsible for overseeing financial activities within the District and providing financial support and guidance to Operations leadership. This position ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, supports the development of accounting staff, and partners with the business to achieve financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately, completely, and on a timely basis. Provide financial support, guidance, and analysis to Operations leadership. Train, coach, and support the development of accounting and clerical staff within the District. Assist with new business opportunities by preparing return-on-investment pro formas and risk analysis. Partner with the Sector Finance team and Operations to improve working capital and cash flow. Prepare and analyze financial reports, key performance metrics, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Identify financial trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Build strong working relationships with Operations, Finance, and other business partners. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered. Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, including revenue control, financial reporting, cash handling, or related areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills. Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analyses. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective working relationships. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with Operations and Finance leadership.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
