sdfsdfjj Director of Finance & Administration - Jupiter, FL Our client, a leading Florida-based research, marketing, and membership organization within the golf industry, is hiring for a Director of Finance & Administration to join it's Jupiter, FL headquarters. This is a hands-on, executive-level role that will oversee a small team and report directly to the President & CEO. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting to the Executive team and Board. Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash management. Manage bi-weekly payroll, 401(k), and employee benefits administration. Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and financial projections. Coordinate annual financial audits and tax filings with external CPAs. Maintain internal controls, fixed assets, and compliance with GAAP and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred) 7-10+ years of corporate finance experience 5+ years leading a finance team Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial systems Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills On-site in Jupiter, FL (no remote) Interest/experience within the Golf Industry a big plus!
