Vice President, Client Processing Manager BNY Mellon United States, Florida, Lake Mary Aug 12, 2026 In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: The Vice President, Client Processing Manager plays a pivotal role within the Transaction Processing function, contributing to BNY's strategic pillars through effective management of client processing operations.
This position is integral in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, aligning with BNY's principles of integrity, teamwork, and client focus.
The role requires a deep understanding of transaction processes to ensure efficient and accurate execution, supporting the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality client service and operational reliability.
Lead and manage a team responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements by demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
Strong customer service skills required to interact with client as well as external and internal business partners.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise in transaction processing to provide effective solutions.
Monitor and assess the performance of transaction processing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
Drive strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing transaction processing frameworks, contributing to the overall business strategy.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred.
Typically 5-8 years of experience in transaction processing or related field within financial services.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
