Vice President, Securities Finance Product Manager BNY Mellon United States, Florida, Lake Mary Jul 15, 2026 We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Product Management to join our Securities Finance team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. The Vice President, Product Management supports Securities Finance product strategy and lifecycle execution, translating client, market and regulatory inputs into practical roadmap priorities. This role acts as a key partner across stakeholders to deliver scalable, controlled, client-focused capabilities and will drive execution, readiness and adoption. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and lifecycle execution for assigned Securities Finance products and capabilities. Gather and refine business requirements, user needs, process improvements, and supporting materials for product initiatives. Partner with technology, change, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and control teams to deliver enhancements that meet governance and regulatory requirements. Analyze client feedback, usage trends, service metrics, market developments, and regulatory changes to identify product improvement opportunities. Support business cases, go-to-market readiness, internal communications, training, client messaging, and product adoption activities. Monitor product performance, maintain documentation and status updates, and participate in cross-functional forums to drive execution, scalability, and stakeholder alignment. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. Robust experience in product management, securities finance, capital markets, or related financial services domains. Strong knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly controlled environments. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, risk, client needs, and operational considerations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
