Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Controller with strong expertise in mortgage servicing and financial services accounting . The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, compliance, and team leadership while partnering with executive stakeholders to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting and financial reporting functions for mortgage servicing operations. Oversee month-end and year-end close, financial statements, cash flow, and management reporting. Ensure compliance with

, investor reporting requirements, and applicable regulations. Support MSR valuation , financial audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Manage accounting systems, ERP platforms, cash operations, and financial planning processes. Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Present complex financial information and insights to senior leadership. Identify financial risks, operational improvements, and opportunities through data analysis. Lead cross-functional and matrix teams on accounting and financial projects. Ensure accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and timely completion of financial activities. Required Qualifications BachelorÔÇÖs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred/required. 15+ years of progressive accounting experience. 10+ years in a senior accounting role within mortgage servicing or financial services , including Controller-level experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and MSR valuation . Experience with financial audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Experience with mortgage servicing platforms and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook . Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams. Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to make sound financial judgments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
