full-time Accountants One is partnering with a growing organization that is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the company's accounting and financial operations. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, internal controls, and supporting strategic business decisions. The Controller will partner closely with operations and executive leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close. Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing. Analyze manufacturing variances and recommend cost improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls. Coordinate internal and external audits. Partner with operations to improve profitability and financial performance. Lead and develop the accounting team. Qualifications CPA required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and inventory accounting. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. 18585
