Job Overview As a Regional Controller for Ed Morse Auto Group, you will standardize financial processes across regional stores, lead dealership office managers, and provide critical compliance and financial integration oversight for operations and expansion. Oversee all accounting and centralized financial operations for our entire Iowa/Illinois region. Qualifications Bilingual preferred not required Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and client communication. Proven experience in automotive dealership accounting with strong CDK Global DMS proficiency. Deep familiarity with the business, regulatory, and tax landscapes of Iowa and Illinois. Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor regional accounting teams through high growth.
