Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead growth, sales, client relationships, and operational performance for a leading commercial furniture dealership in Chicago. The VP will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing business strategy, driving revenue and profitability, strengthening strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share. Lead sales and business development efforts, including key accounts and major opportunities. Build relationships with corporate clients, architects, designers, brokers, manufacturers, and commercial real estate professionals. Oversee collaboration across sales, design, project management, operations, and installation. Establish sales goals, forecasting, KPIs, and performance accountability. Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities. Develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams. Represent the company within the Chicago business and design communities. Partner with executive leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and long-term strategy. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in commercial furniture, workplace solutions, commercial real estate, architecture/design, or a related industry. Proven track record of revenue growth and business development. Strong industry relationships in the Chicago market preferred. Experience leading sales and cross-functional teams. Strong financial, strategic, negotiation, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
