Controller Salary:

Controller:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and monthly close.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, inventory reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting activities.
- Manage job profitability reporting and reconcile sales and operational data.
- Evaluate capital expenditures and analyze return on investment performance.
- Mentor, develop, and manage accounting staff while strengthening financial controls and processes.
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong background in GAAP, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and job costing.
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred; CPA designation preferred.
