Key Responsibilities Serve as the Controller overseeing all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting as the Controller of record Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models with full Controller-level authority Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls under the Controller's purview Collaborate with executive leadership to guide strategic financial planning and maintain Controller oversight of fiscal health Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles as a Controller or Assistant Controller Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills to support Controller-level analysis and reporting Strong understanding of internal controls, risk mitigation, and financial governance expected of a seasoned
