We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization that is looking to add a hands-on Controller to oversee its financial operations and department dynamics! Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this critical role is ideal for a collaborative, team-oriented accounting leader who thrives on accurate financial reporting, process optimization, and open communication. You'll take ownership of general ledger entries, monthly financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and grant/program filings, while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Beyond day-to-day accounting, you'll play a central role in guiding upcoming operational initiatives, including an ERP transition.
