•5 PM education:

Bachelors Responsibilities Financial Operations & Close:

Lead a seamless, accelerated monthly close, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and accurate general ledger integrity.

Working Capital & Cash Management:

Oversee end-to-end AR, AP, cash visibility, working capital risks, and payroll administration.

Process Automation & KPIs:

Design and implement practical improvements, automation tools, and operational KPIs that empower management to act on real-time data.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate cross-functionally to build comprehensive annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

M&A Integration:

Play a pivotal role in company growth by leading financial diligence, purchase accounting, and the integration of acquired entities.

Leadership:

Manage and mentor accounting talent, coordinate annual external audits, and strengthen internal controls.
