This position offers a salary range of $125,000-$140,000 plus bonus potential and benefits. The role is primarily located in West Bridgewater, with occasional travel to the company's East Hartford, CT office. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls. Lead and mentor accounting staff while remaining actively involved in day-to-day accounting functions. Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights and support business decisions. Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements. What We're Looking For The Controller will oversee all accounting and finance activities while maintaining a strong hands-on presence in the department. Successful Controller candidates will possess:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills. Ability to travel occasionally to East Hartford, CT. A proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on management style.
