My client, a growing specialty contractor is hiring a Controller. As the Controller you'll be responsible for providing strategic management of the accounting and finance functions. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Develop and manage financial controls

Prepare monthly and annual operating budget

Payroll Processing

Establish and implement financial controls

HR Best Practices

Staff development The ideal candidate for this Controller role will have a BS degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 5 years accounting experience with at least 3 years in a management role. You will need to be a self-starter, with strong analytical skills and have the desire to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to ownership.
