Gotügo is the leader in the portable restroom industry in the DMV area. We are seeking an integral member to our Team. The position requires exceptional communication, impeccable attention to detail to ensure the company's financial security and stability. Hours are flexible, salary is open for negotiation and a cover letter is required with application. Responsibilities and skills needed include. Balance multiple accounts, reviewing all deposits and withdrawals. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial documents to assist with reconciliation, liabilities, P&L, Tax Filing, etc. Review PO requests to approve all spending and pay vendors in a timely manner. Handle internal collections. Process payroll and weekly liabilities. Comply with all local, state, and federal government reporting and tax filings. QuickBooks Online a must. Our team member possesses the following: Understanding of financial data analysis, payroll processing with proven accounting work related experience. Maintain the highest level of compliance and confidentiality of data. Organized with solid grasp of time management and sense of urgency. Ability to work with accounting software and CPA Vendors.
