Should have used or seen manufacturing IS systems. Duties
  • Work with Company President and plant managers and accounting team to provide financial guidance to growing supplier.
  • Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is plus but not a requirement. Manufacturing accounting and auto supplier exposure is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of financial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is a plus.
This could be a small company CFO to a larger organizaions Director of FInance.
