- Work with Company President and plant managers and accounting team to provide financial guidance to growing supplier.
- Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is plus but not a requirement. Manufacturing accounting and auto supplier exposure is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High level of financial acumen and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is a plus.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$115,000.00- $140,000.
