Controller Shakopee (Onsite) | $120,000-$150,000 Our client is seeking a strategic Controller to lead Finance while providing oversight of multiple operational departments. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys driving financial performance, improving processes, developing teams, and using data to influence business decisions. Responsibilities Lead financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Analyze profitability, cost drivers, inventory, and operational performance to support business decisions Develop KPIs, scorecards, and financial insights for executive leadership Lead and develop teams across different lines of business Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and system enhancements Partner cross-functionally to improve both customer experience and business performance Serve as the primary contact for auditors, banking partners, and external advisors Qualifications BA/BSc degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience Manufacturing experience with ownership of the month-end close process Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills Experience leading and developing teams ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills Cost accounting/job costing background highly preferred Why Apply?
