full-time We've partnered with a well-established manufacturer that's seeking an energetic Controller who will work side by side as a partner to the CFO to further build this high-growth business. Individual will need to have prior leadership experience and will manage a team of 10+. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop supervisors and their teams across the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger departments, establishing goals and objectives and ensuring a timely monthly close.
- Own monthly financial reporting for multiple operating entities - review and distribute statements, add management commentary, and analyze results versus budget and prior periods, identifying trends and concerns.
- Apply and maintain a strong understanding of GAAP.
- Review and revise accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve accuracy, transparency, and control activities.
- Oversee daily banking and cash flow management.
- Oversee audits with external audit firm.

Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Process improvement experience ERP experience
