This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the hands-on and leadership sides of finance. You'll take ownership of a significant annual budgeting process, oversee accounting and financial reporting, lead the business office, and help ensure compliance across multiple programs and affiliated entities. The current Finance Director has been with the organization for decades and will remain in place during an extended transition period, giving the incoming leader the opportunity to learn the organization, its budgeting cycle, year-end close, audit process, and regulatory environment alongside an experienced incumbent.
