What You'll Own:

• Customer relationships and collections
• Vendor relationships and payments
• Project job costing
• Weekly payroll processing
• Employee Onboarding
• Credit card and other transaction posting with accuracy and audit-readiness
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online usage and documentation
• Collaborate with the CFO on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Spot and streamline inefficiencies in accounting systems or internal controls

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years within a construction, manufacturing, or similar industry
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel skills
• Solid understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• The ability to own your workflow — no micromanagement here
• Comfort with fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and hands-on execution
