Production Overhead Controller Purpose of the job: The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of estimating, analysis and reporting for the different site functions costs. Acts as a financial support and business partner to site MD and heads of departments. Drives the performance of the departments Main Responsabilities Provide budgeting & monthly reporting activities for the different functions on site & maintains associated scorecards. Monitor and analyze site costs identifying variances between actual and budgeted financial performance Provide performance analysis for each function and site performance analysis to the site management and Regions. Drives Cost Productivity, Recovery and Cash Optimization Support monthly closing.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and all relevant regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Experience:
