Could you be the full-time onsite Production Overhead Controller in Hornell, NY, US we're looking for? Production Overhead Controller Purpose of the job: The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of estimating, analysis and reporting for the different site functions costs. Acts as a financial support and business partner to site MD and heads of departments. Drives the performance of the departments Main Responsabilities Provide budgeting & monthly reporting activities for the different functions on site & maintains associated scorecards. Monitor and analyze site costs identifying variances between actual and budgeted financial performance Provide performance analysis for each function and site performance analysis to the site management and Regions. Drives Cost Productivity, Recovery and Cash Optimization Support monthly closing.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and all relevant regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Key Job Authorities and Dimensions:
Management unit expenditures Performance measurements: Forecasting accuracy above 95% Achievement of budget targets Full compliance with accounting and reporting standards Educational requirement Degree or Master degree in Finance or business administration
Experience:
5 years of experience in Finance function is preferred SAP experience is preferred. Competencies & Skills Ability to interpret business related data Capacity to manage large quantity of data Analytical and problem-solving skills Salary Range
