Role Description:

Filling in for Controller on PFL through the end of 2026. Engagement can be part time or full time depending on interest and skills - but will need to be in-office in Gates when working. Flexible on compensation model as well. Compensation for

Overall Duties:

Responsible for all Finance, Internal Compliance and Accounts Receivable through leading team of professionals. They must be detail oriented and a solid problem solver to lead the team of professionals to achieve our internal goal. SOPs in place for most functions as a baseline.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Oversight of all financial activity of Paul Davis Restoration and lead annual and month end financial accounting closes.
• Prepare financial reports for company Leadership Team.
• Responsible for managing team to complete all invoicing and collections
• Supervise and manage work of Accounting, Compliance and Payroll staff
• Responsible for managing payroll operations
• Training new staff as required on specific accounting tasks
