$130,000 - $200,000/yr, depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate + benefits
Type:
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all general accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Payroll, Billing, Collections, Income Tax, and Banking relations. Oversee production and inventory accounting, standard cost systems, variance analysis, and operational budgeting. Develop, initiate, and maintain strong internal financial controls, policies, and procedures ensuring alignment with GAAP, professional accounting standards, and governmental regulations. Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports, data analyses, and strategic insights directly to key executive management Lead, train, and mentor accounting department staff, managing workflow, accuracy, and operational performance. Lead financial system audits, tax compliance reviews, and financial risk assessment initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. 5 to 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience within a Manufacturing environment. Advanced cost accounting, financial modeling, and budgeting background. Proficiency in ERP accounting software (Oracle / Oracle 11i experience is a major plus), along with advanced Excel skills.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $130,000.00 - $200,000.00
