- Site Controller (Manufacturing)
- Food-To-Go Division ~ Tulsa, Oklahoma Do you thrive at the intersection of finance, manufacturing operations, costing, and business strategy?
- What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee plant-level financial and accounting activities
- Drive accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis
- Partner with plant leadership to improve financial and operational performance
- Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, overhead, inventory, and variances
- Ensure accuracy of inventory controls, physical inventory results, and product costing
- Support budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and strategic initiatives
- Perform audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization
- Deliver clear financial insights and reporting to plant, sales, and corporate leadership teams
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-10 years of manufacturing finance, plant controller, cost accounting, or operational finance experience
- Strong background in:
- Cost accounting
- Inventory management
- Variance analysis
- Manufacturing financial reporting
- ERP/MRP systems
- Experience supporting a manufacturing facility or multi-site operation
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both operational and financial leaders
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Master's degree preferred
