WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As the Finance Lead, Revenue & Gross Margin Management, you will work across a highly connected Finance ecosystem, partnering with Geographies, Global Business Planning, Marketplace, Product, and Supply Chain teams. Reporting to the Revenue and Margin Finance Director, you will lead Nike, Inc.'s long-range margin planning, partnering with finance leaders to shape profitability outcomes, evaluate strategic trade-offs, and influence key strategic decisions.

This individual is highly motivated to lead critical and highly visible work in driving Nike's profitability strategy as they elevate through their own career journey. This role goes well beyond reporting out plans. The Finance Lead will challenge assumptions, elevate insights, and bring strong points of view in helping shape business decisions. They are skilled in both storytelling and financial modeling, building robust frameworks, validating assumptions, and communication with confidence. They continuously seek new creative opportunities and efficient ways to unlock insights. They lead with accountability and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, and forecasting Experience within a Fortune 500 or multinational consumer products company preferred Proven expertise in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and executive-level presentations Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As the Lead, Global Revenue & Gross Margin Management, you are the primary owner of Nike's long-range margin model and strategic outlook. You are accountable for driving high confidence and cross functionally aligned plans, delivering executive ready insights. Your work will be essential to ensuring Nike's long-term profitable growth and ensuring leadership has a clear and accurate view of future outlooks. Own Nike, Inc.'s long-range gross margin outlook across all planning cycles including global readouts and segment targeting (SPKO, CSR, AOP, Budget) Drive cross functional alignment across Geography, Product, Supply Chain, Marketplace and Geography teams pressure testing assumptions and validating they are appropriately reflected Identify opportunities for continual improvement to models, reporting and analytical tools to drive deeper insights and a more agile planning process Influence VP and executive decision-making by framing trade-offs, quantifying implications, and recommending actions that improve long-term profitability Serve as a trusted margin expert, helping partners understand profitability drivers, evaluate trade-offs, and improve decision quality across the organization Connect forward looking plans to historical context identifying hunting zones and defining what a winning plan looks like We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
