Assistant Corporate Controller Salary:

Assistant Corporate Controller:
- Oversee multi-entity close, reporting, and reconciliations
- Lead process improvements and system enhancements (Yardi environment)
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
- Partner with leadership on financial operations and reporting Qualifications for the
Assistant Corporate Controller:
- Strong Yardi experience (hands-on or admin level required)
- Multi-entity accounting experience (50+ entities preferred)
- CPA strongly preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Real estate or property accounting experience is a plus #
