full-time We are partnering with an established, growing organization to identify a VP of d Services to lead a critical business function and help drive continued operational growth and transformation. Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will oversee a broad shared services organization while partnering closely across Finance, Operations, IT, and other key business functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of financial operations leadership, large-team management, process transformation, automation, and strategic thinking, with the ability to operate at both the executive and operational levels. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction across shared services and financial operations Lead, develop, and mentor a large, multi-level organization Partner closely with executive, finance, operational, and functional leadership Drive process improvement, standardization, automation, and operational efficiencies Establish and monitor KPIs, service levels, and overall operational performance Lead continued enhancement of systems, processes, internal controls, and shared services infrastructure Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization Build high-performing teams and support talent development and succession planning Lead transformation and change-management initiatives across a complex organization Balance executive-level strategy with a hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership approach Qualifications 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, operations, or shared services experience Significant leadership experience within a large, complex organization Experience leading sizable, multi-level teams and multiple shared services or financial operations functions Demonstrated success leading process improvement, transformation, automation, and/or systems initiatives Strong understanding of financial operations, systems, processes, controls, and operational best practices Experience supporting a multi-location, field-based, or service-oriented organization preferred Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of an organization Bachelor's degree required CPA, MBA, and/or public accounting experience is a plus
