Hall Industries, Inc. is currently looking for a Controller for our Corporate Office located in Ellwood City, PA. Controller Hall Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting and financial reporting functions. The Controller will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decisions Establish and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and other applicable regulations Coordinate annual audits and work with external accountants, auditors, banks, and other financial partners Monitor company financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement Supervise, develop, and support accounting staff Assist with strategic planning and other financial projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Prior experience in a Controller or accounting management role preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and other departments What We Offer Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Company paid Life Insurance Company paid short term disability Voluntary benefits available 401(k) with company match Employee assistance program Paid time off Paid Holidays Employee Referral program Great Work Environment Join the Hall Industries team and become part of a company that values quality, innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving.
