Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring robust fiscal management and risk mitigation. Oversee all aspects of accounting functions including corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and technical accounting standards such as IAS (International Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Manage financial reporting processes, including the preparation of accurate financial statements, regulatory reports, and detailed financial analysis for executive review. Direct treasury management activities such as cash flow analysis, investment oversight, accounts payable and receivable, and liquidity planning to optimize resources. Develop and refine financial projection models using advanced data analytics tools to forecast future performance and inform strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, industry-specific regulations, and internal control policies. Lead risk analysis initiatives to identify potential financial vulnerabilities while implementing effective risk management strategies. Supervise budgeting processes, cost control measures, profit & loss analysis, and cost accounting practices to maximize profitability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team through leadership in strategic management, staff development, and process optimization.
