We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Controller to lead our dealership's accounting and financial operations. You will manage daily financial workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with executive leadership to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities Manage Accounting:

Oversee full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate monthly financial statements that meet manufacturer and corporate standards.

Floor Plan & Inventory:

Handle floor plan management, vehicle inventory reconciliations, and manufacturer audits.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop annual budgets, track cash flow, and analyze financial performance.

Team Leadership:

Train, mentor, and supervise the dealership office and accounting staff.

DMS Management:

Maintain clean financial data and optimize operational workflows specifically within the CDK Global ecosystem.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of automotive dealership accounting or office management experience.

Software Skills:

Advanced, hands-on proficiency with CDK Global is required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are also necessary.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of automotive financial statements, floor plans, and title processing rules.
