Controller Skilled:

Ten (10) or more years' professional accounting experience, including managing accounting functions for multiple legal entities. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in business, accounting, or related field of study, with CPA or CMA certification and previous construction experience are both preferred . Excellent planning, organization and communication skills.

Knowledgeable:

Working knowledge of national, state and local tax regulations and compliance reporting, along with experience with financial reporting requirements. Experience in streamlining accounting processes while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Team Player:

Humble. Self-motivated, with a creative mindset and an eagerness to embrace challenges to find the best solution possible.
