In Person (Housing for relocation available) Benefits for Full-Time Employees Medical Insurance Vision & Dental Coverage Paid Vacation, Holidays & Time Off Flexible Hours Position Overview All American Concrete Form is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Manager / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position is available immediately and offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and construction accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll and handle in-house payroll functions Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records Track project job costs including labor, materials, and subcontractors Process invoices and payments Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Communication between multiple banks Knowledge of intercompany billing Perform month-end closings and general ledger reconciliations Manage insurance documentation including health, workers' compensation, general liability, and auto coverage Assist with tax filings and year-end reporting Support human resources functions and maintain HR records Qualifications 3-5 years of accounting or advanced bookkeeping experience Construction accounting experience preferred Knowledge of accrual accounting Experience with Foundation Software (required) Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software Strong understanding of job costing Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow with the company
