ControllerA client of ours is looking for a Controller for contract role. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate financial records, strong internal controls, and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities for ControllerOversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assetsLead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesPrepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and/or IFRSManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisDevelop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policiesCoordinate audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditorsEnsure compliance with tax, regulatory, and reporting requirementsPartner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support business initiativesManage, mentor, and develop accounting staffSupport system implementations and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
