Assistant Corporate Controller (OOJ - 44194) NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Mar/31/2026 Job Description A dynamic opportunity has opened for an Assistant Corporate Controller to join a growing construction and real estate organization. This role is to replace a current employee and requires a highly skilled accounting professional with deep technical expertise and a proven track record managing multi-entity operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare closing statement and loan closing journal entries. Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors. Manage job cost accounting for construction and real estate projects. Support corporate banking functions and financial reporting. Oversee cost segregation and property tax appeal processes. Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial management for multiple entities.
Qualifications:
Requirements & Skills:
Strong experience in construction and real estate accounting, managing multiple entities. Expertise in JDE (mandatory), MS Office, and Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables). Solid understanding of cost segregation and property tax appeals. Experience with loan and closing journal entries as well as audit preparation. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
