IT Specialist

Job description The IT Specialist will provide technical assistance and support for issues related to our highly customized database, computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Work with management to set overall project priorities, manage software and hardware related aspects of projects, and provide day-to-day technical support Work as a team member with department leaders to ensure understanding of customer needs, reporting requirements, and analytical needs Troubleshoot system errors and provide support to Dynamics NAV users within the company Create/modify existing NAV reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems management, computer science, or other technical field 1+ years' experience with MS SQL Server Strong written & communication skills Background managing IT within a warehousing/manufacturing/distribution environment Experience with Networking + E-Commerce Experience Additional Experience Preferred But Not Required Lanham E-ship Insight Works Mobile WMS Mergetool Easy Security JetReports Manufacturing and warehousing modules Microsoft SQL Server with Report Builder Windows Servers & DNS Servers Hyper-V Manager Cleo LexiCom Familiarity with mobile RF handhelds
