This is an outstanding opportunity for a CPA with a mix of Big 4, public accounting, and private industry experience who enjoys owning the accounting function and leading a team.

4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Compensation:
$165,000 - $180,000 + bonus (depending on experience) Why This Controller Opportunity Stands Out Serve as the top finance professional on site and a key member of the leadership team. Fully own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process. Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting. Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance and decision-making. Manage, mentor, and develop an accounting and finance team. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Direct and improve the month-end close process. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes. Collaborate with external auditors and support audit activities. Provide strategic financial guidance to site and corporate leadership. Qualifications CPA required. Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred. Combination of public accounting and private industry experience required. Proven experience leading accounting teams. Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise. Excellent leadership, communication, and business partnering skills. Successful Controller candidates will be hands-on leaders who enjoy working closely with operations while maintaining ownership of accounting, reporting, and financial controls. The Controller will serve as the primary financial leader for the site and play a critical role in supporting continued growth and operational excellence.
