Job Description
Controller (100374) Seeking a full-time Controller for a local landscape company in Kailua-Kona. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's cash flow and financial planning, maintaining the general ledger, and filing taxes and insurance claims. Hours Full-time, 8:00am-5:00pm with flex for hybrid remote Location Kailua-Kona, Big Island Pay $80,000 to $120,000 a year, pay rate may be higher depending on experience Responsibilities Oversee the company's cash flow and financial planning. Review and correct financial reports and data. Maintain documents for turnover to CPA. Maintain GL account and job cost code list. Review A/P and A/R invoices/lists. Deposit and post payments. Ensure taxes are paid and reports filed in a timely manner. Oversee insurance payments and claims. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior CFO or Controller experience. Valid driver's license. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Hammertech and Sage100C software. Highly detail-oriented and analytical.
