CONTROLLER
Salary:
$110,000 – $140,000

Controller:
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Oversee WIP schedules and AIA billing activities
  • Review job costing reports and project profitability
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Supervise and develop the accounting team
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic and operational decisions Qualifications for the
Controller:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with Accounting Manager or Controller-level responsibilities
  • 2+ years of construction accounting experience
  • Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, and AIA billing
