  • Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite) Fast-growing CPG company About Our Client The business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and operational improvement, making it a very exciting time to join the team.
They are now looking to hire a Director of FP&A to take full ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This is a highly visible role working directly with the CFO and senior leadership team, partnering closely with both commercial and operational stakeholders across the organization. The position offers strong exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business performance. The head office in in Princeton (NJ) and it is hybrid working. Job Description The successful Director, FPandA will: Lead development and maintenance of 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadership Own the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updates Perform customer and product-level Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) analysis Drive cost center reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance tracking Support demand planning and production purchasing through financial insights Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making Partner cross-functionally to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy Support bank covenant reporting and compliance requirements Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility Collaborate closely with the Controller on month-end reporting processes Lead ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and special projects Act as a key business partner to commercial and operational teams across the organization MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The successful Director, FPandA will: 7-10+ years of FP&A or finance experience MUST have prior experience within consumer goods / CPG / e-commerce environments
  • highly desirable Strong understanding of wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and omni-channel business models Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise (essential) Proven experience with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting Prior working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365
  • desirable, not essential Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence decision-making Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership What's on Offer $160,000
