$145,000 - $165,000 Base +

Partner with the Division President to provide financial insights and support strategic business decisions. Lead the month-end close process, financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting while ensuring balance sheet accuracy. Division Controller will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance analysis across multiple entities. Drive improvements in financial processes, internal controls, reporting efficiency, and working capital management. Play a key role in acquisition integration efforts while enhancing financial systems, reporting capabilities, and business intelligence tools. Experience leading finance and accounting for multi-entity, multi-location organizations. Strong background in consolidations, intercompany accounting, and month-end close. Proven track record of driving accuracy, efficiency, and process improvements.
